Pasadena Outpatient was founded by Michael Bloom owner and operator of Pasadena Recovery Center which has been in business over 17 years. Michael has been successful in the residential recovery business, helping thousands of patients fulfill their need of sobriety. With Michael’s experience comes insight and knowledge, he knows how important long term extended recovery is in maintaining sobriety. His decision to open an Intensive outpatient facility in the Pasadena area will help maintain his patients sobriety long term. Michael is happy to offer the full continuum of care to all his patients; Residential 24 hour care, intensive outpatient and sober living homes.

CEO & Founder
Michael is a pillar of the recovery community, admitting over 4000 patients in the last 17 years. Mr. Bloom earned degrees from the University of the Pacific, Kansei Gakuin University in Japan, the Monterey Institue of International Studies and The School of Addiction Studies at Glendale College.
Michael currently serves on the LA County Commission for Public Services and is a board member of SAM, Smart Approaches to Marajuana. SAM’s leaders are among the world’s most prominent voices calling for science-based marijuana education and awareness.
Irina is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience working with people from all walks of life. She earned her Master’s Degree in Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Welfare at the University of California, Berkeley.
Irina’s extensive experience includes working at Alcott Center, a community mental health agency where she provided various mental health services to adults coping with a full spectrum of psychological disorders including dual diagnosis clients as well as TeenLine located at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, a suicide hotline designed for children and teenagers.
Irina truly believes that no one should be turned away from receiving the help that they need and with the right type and amount of support, a person can overcome any challenge they might be facing in their life and lead happier and more fulfilling lives.
Dr. Inna Lamport
Dr. Inna Lamport is an Internal Medicine Specialist in Pasadena, California. She graduated with honors in 1982. Having more than 35 years of diverse experiences, especially in Internal medicine, Addiction medicine and behavioral health . Dr. Lamport is committed to the fight against the opioid epidemic, she believes in evidence-based treatment to maintain stability and recovery.
